1. Try Hafjell Bike Park

Experience Norway's coolest bike trails in Hafjell Bike Park. Here you'll find trails for all skill levels, and with the lift back up, it makes your biking day a breeze. In Hafjell, you can also rent a bike and all the gear you need. The biking itself is completely free, but you'll need to purchase a lift pass.

Our trails are tailored to all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced cyclists, with 19 trails ranging from green to black difficulty spread over a total of 25 km.

Beginner? Try our new trail, Flowklypa, you're guaranteed to have a smile from ear to ear.

Hunderfossen

2. Hunderfossen Fairytale Park

Experience Norway's most adventurous theme park, Hunderfossen Fairytale Park. Here you'll find over 60 attractions and activities for kids and adults alike. Try our thrilling family rafting, brave the Trollfallet if you dare, or hop on the Il Tempo Extra Gigante!

Lilleputthammer

3. Lilleputthammer for the Little Ones

Visit the miniature version of Storgata in Lillehammer from the 1930s. Here you'll find 44 shops, a hotel, cafes, a climbing park, police station, and cinema, all built in 1:4 scale of the size you'll find in Lillehammer. In the town, kids can ride trains, cars, boats, carousels, Ferris wheels, roller coasters, or zoom down Ola's frog jump.

Pumptrack

4. Pumptrack in Hafjell

Try one of Norway's largest pumptracks at Gondoltoppen in Hafjell! The pumptrack is completely free to use, and we rent out bikes to the little ones on a drop-in basis. Otherwise, you can bring your own bike. Take the gondola up, bike around on the pumptrack, play on our playground equipment, and enjoy lunch or ice cream at Skavlen or Sætra.

5. Visit the Animals at Barnas Gård

Barnas Gård Hunderfossen offers experiences and activities for children and adults who want close contact with animals! Cuddle, pet, and feed the animals, enjoy delicious food in the farm shop, and release energy and playfulness in the climbing course or on the forest track.

Norsk vegmuseum

6. Norwegian Road Museum

A paradise for those interested in construction machinery and cars. Here you can follow the entire history of the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and various vehicles in Norway. You'll also find the Norwegian Rock Blasting Museum in a large mountain hall, exhibiting blasting and drilling equipment used throughout history. The museum is completely free.

7. Take the Gondola to the Mountains

Using the gondola as transportation, you'll reach a new world with fantastic hiking opportunities and bike trails. The dining spots Skavlen and Sætra are open in the summer, so you can grab lunch or an ice cream. A perfect activity for the whole family, suitable for both rainy and sunny days.

8. Mountain Biking on Øyerfjellet

Enjoy smooth flow trails, technical paths, gravel roads, and mountain farm roads - there are plenty of options on Øyerfjellet. If you don't have your own bike, you can rent one from us at Favn bike rental. We have both mountain bikes and touring bikes, both electric and regular. You can also visit several mountain farms and eateries in the mountains that offer open service.

Lillehammer

9. Visit Lillehammer

Just 15 minutes from Hafjell lies Lillehammer with all its experiences. If you want to go a bit higher, you can visit the ski jump, or if you prefer the water, you can take a trip with Skibladner - the world's oldest paddle steamer. If you prefer staying on solid ground, we recommend Maihaugen, or simply visit one of the many cozy cafes in the pedestrian street.
