Buying and collecting your ski pass

Ski passes for Hafjell Alpine centre can easily be purchased online before you arrive or at the ticket office located at the base of the mountain.

The easiest way to purchase your ski pass for Hafjell! Our Axess ski pass system requires the use of an Axess-card. You will therefore be offered two options for the purchase of your new ski pass.

Purchasing a ski pass (including the new Axess-card)

This option is for those who do not yet have an Axess-card (price kr 75,-). Select the type and number of ski passes you would like, as well as the correct age group for each person, and the date you wish to use them on. Thereafter: select "include Axess-card" as well as the number of card you require. Proceed to the checkout, ensuring you have chosen the correct product and quantity before completing your order. 

Remember to bring your booking confirmation with the unique QR-code with you when collecting your ski passes.

Refilling an existing Axess-card:

This option is for those who already own an Axess-card. When purchasing online, choose the type and number of ski passes you require, as well as the correct age group for each person, and the date you wish to use them on.

Thereafter: select ''refill Axess-card''. Refill your existing Axess-card by entering the name of the card holder as well as the serial (wtp) number into the fields provided. (The picture below shows the location of the wtp number on the back of the card)
 

Proceed to the checkout, ensuring you have chosen the correct product and quantity before completing your order.

Using the HafjellKvitfjell App: downloadable from the app store (Android version coming soon)

This is also one of the quickest and easiest ways to buy your ski passes, buy a new card or refill an existing one! To begin, click on the ski pass symbol at the bottom left hand corner of the app, choose Hafjell and the type of ski pass you require. Select the date the ski pass is to be used on, and the number of passes required, by clicking the plus button, and continue to checkout. If you wish to refill an existing Axess-card select ''refill card with chip ID.''  Type in the card/wtp number located on the back of the card/cards you wish to refill and proceed to check out to complete you order.  

From the ticket office.

The ticket office in Hafjell is located at the bottom of the mountain.  Here you will find staff on hand to help you choose the right ski pass and provide you with any further information you may require. You can also purchase selected ski passes (3 hour passes and 1-5 day passes ) from the Ski Rental at Gaiastova.

Collecting your ski passes:

Those who have refilled their existing Axess-cards can head straight to the lifts. If you have purchased a new Axess card there are two ways to collect your ski pass.

From the pick up box:

The easiest way to collect tickets bought online or via the HafjellKvitfjell app is from one of the ticket machines located at: the alpine centre (at the bottom of the slopes), Gaiastova (at the top of the mountain) or Mosetertoppen (at the top of the gondola). Simply scan the QR code you received with the confirmation of your online booking, or via the app, and follow the instruction on the ticket machine.

From the ticket office:

Tickets which have been ordered online or via the HafjellKvitfjell app can also be collected at the ticket office located at the bottom of the slopes. 
Remember to bring a copy of you booking confirmation and one of our staff will be on hand to help you with the rest.
