Welcome to Hafjell Bike Park! After your order is registered, you will receive an order confirmation.

We ask you to bring this confirmation on paper or on your phone/tablet to make the process more efficient in the bike shop.

Rental downhillbikes should not leave the bike park unless otherwise is agreed.

All bikes must be properly cleaned and delivered back to the bike shop before 17.00

All biking is on the customers own responsibility, and the customer is responsible for bringing the bike back in the same condition as when it was received. Unless rental insurance has been paid for.

Rental Insurance:

The rental insurance covers all damages that may occur to rented equipment. If the customer chooses not to buy this insurance and damage some of the equipment, he/she is responsible for paying the cost of replacing the damaged equipment.

Refunds:

Refund policy

No refunds will be given due to unforeseen circumstances such as: bad weather conditions, power outage, lift malfunction or similar.

Refund for Cancellation of booking

The purchase of Cancellation Insurance give the customer the right to a full refund in the event of a cancellation, subject to the terms below. 

Refund for cancellation of a booking will only be given if Cancellation Insurance has been purchased at the time of booking. Cancellation Insurance gives the customer the right to cancel the booking at any time up to and including 24 hours before arrival. The cost of the Cancellation Insurance will not be refunded.
